Lead Designer

About the Role

You'll create all visual design materials for FloatGroup and its portfolio companies (FloatLegal, FloatCare), plus healthcare marketing initiatives. This includes website design, social media content, sales decks, trade show materials, motion graphics, and everything in between.
You will also be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our Webflow websites, working closely with the marketing and product teams to launch and update pages as needed.

What You'll Do

Create visual content across all channels

  • Complete website design and Webflow implementation
  • Social media posts, carousels, stories, and video content
  • Sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets, and proposals
  • Marketing brochures, white papers, infographics, and case studies
  • Trade show booth graphics, banners, and printed materials
  • Brand stationery (business cards, letterheads, templates)
  • Ad creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
  • Email templates and graphics
  • Motion graphics and short explainer videos
  • Website design & management (Webflow)
Design, build, and maintain marketing websites in Webflow (mandatory skill)

  • Create and update landing pages, product pages, and campaign pages
  • Manage Webflow CMS content, layouts, and assets
  • Ensure websites remain responsive, visually consistent, and optimized
  • Implement marketing updates and design changes directly in Webflow

Manage brand consistency

  • Maintain brand guidelines across FloatGroup and portfolio companies
  • Create and update design templates
  • Organize design files and asset libraries

Collaborate with the team

  • Work from written briefs and copy provided by the marketing team
  • Partner with the Webflow developer when deeper technical work is required
  • Create ad variations for the paid ads specialist to test
  • Support the content marketer with social media assets
  • Iterate based on feedback from stakeholders

What You Need


Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • Hands-on Webflow experience (mandatory)
  • Experience designing and managing marketing websites and landing pages
  • Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Strong layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills
  • Ability to design for both digital and print
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Proven experience building and managing websites in Webflow
  • Portfolio showing range (digital, print, motion graphics, and website design)
  • Experience creating sales and marketing materials
  • Track record managing multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS or healthcare marketing experience
  • Familiarity with Canva and AI design tools to speed up smaller tasks
  • Video editing or photography skills

Note from the Recruiter

  • As part of a foundational team, we expect the candidate to be comfortable working both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team player.
  • Hands-on Webflow implementation along with a working knowledge of HTML and CSS will be given strong preference.
  • Candidates with a formal design education or degree will be given priority.
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects and motion graphics will be preferred.
  • Candidates with exposure to designing for the US market and experience implementing design solutions for US-based audiences will be given priority.
