Sr. Graphic Designer
About Float Group
Float Group builds and operates software companies in underserved verticals. We're currently growing two portfolio companies - FloatLegal (personal injury case management for law firms) and FloatCare (personal injury healthcare operations software) - while expanding into healthcare services. As our first dedicated designer, you'll work across multiple brands, build design systems from scratch, and lay the groundwork for how design functions at FloatGroup as we grow.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll handle the full range of visual design work across FloatGroup, FloatLegal, FloatCare, and our healthcare marketing initiatives, from social media content and website design to ads, sales decks, motion graphics, and print collateral. You'll also work directly in Webflow to implement website designs.
Because you're coming in as our foundational designer, you'll also help establish the processes, file systems, and workflows that future team members will build on. The role is structured for someone who can eventually lead a small team.
What You'll Do
Create visual content across all channels:
- Website UI, graphics, icons, hero images, animations (in Webflow)
- Social media posts, carousels, stories, short-form video content
- Sales decks, one-pagers, product sheets
- Marketing brochures, white papers, infographics, and case studies
- Trade show booth graphics, banners, and printed materials
- Ad creatives for LinkedIn, Meta, and Google
- Email templates and graphics
- Motion graphics and short explainer videos
- Maintain brand guidelines across FloatGroup and portfolio companies
- Create and update design templates
- Organize design files and asset libraries
Design and develop in Webflow:
You'll design and build pages directly in Webflow, working from briefs, and collaborating with stakeholders on iterations. You'll handle both the design and the implementation.
Manage brands and assets:
You'll maintain brand guidelines across Float Group and its portfolio companies, build and update design templates, and keep design files and asset libraries organized.
