We are a fast-growing multi-business platform working across both consumer (B2C) and enterprise/partner-led (B2B) services. As we build a stronger in-house marketing function, we are looking for someone who can scale growth through performance marketing, targeted campaigns, and marketing automation — with clear ownership of outcomes.
Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to drive B2C acquisition + B2B lead generation through paid performance channels, cohort targeting, and lifecycle automation. You will own digital growth end-to-end and build scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Own performance marketing on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.
- Run targeted/cohort campaigns based on intent, geography, category, and behavior.
- Build and scale marketing automation journeys: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation.
- Set up drip campaigns, trigger-based workflows, lead scoring, dynamic segmentation, and A/B tests.
- Drive B2B funnel
- Optimize landing pages, creatives, and funnels to improve CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion %.
- Own dashboards, reporting, and experimentation roadmap.

Timings: 10AM - 6:00PM (flexible) 5 days a week.
